Review & Discussion
Our education team will review your request and may reach out to understand how we can better serve your learning needs. Sometimes a simple course transfer solves the issue.
Decision & Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

• Less than 25% of course content accessed
• Technical issues preventing course access
• Course content significantly different from description

Course Transfer Option
• Switch to different program level
